Got a damaged/incorrect item?
We take great care in watch manufacture, and each watch goes through several quality checks before it reaches you. However, the occasional defect might slip through. Inspect your order upon arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, notify us within 72 hours at crepes@louismont.com or +91-7439-66-99-66. An unboxing video is compulsory for such cases.
You may opt for replacement, full store credit for your next purchase or refund to your bank account minus a 100 rupees handling fee.
Change of heart? No problem!
We understand. You can return unworn watches/jewelry with tags and original packaging within 72 hours for a full refund, minus a 100 rupee handling fee.

- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.
- For any other marketplace purchases apart from our official website, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
